Personal training sessions are tailor made specifically to improve your fitness level and meet your goals. Sessions are offered on site, in home, or online through lifestyle coaching.  Group training session are also available.


Nutrition is the most important part of any fitness program whether your goal is losing weight, building muscle, or just staying healthy.  Working with a trainer won't give you the results you want unless you also change your nutrition.  It's not about starving yourself into weight loss; it's about fueling your body for exercise. 


A high intensity class that mixes calisthenics, body weight exercises and strength training. Classes are designed to be different all the time, and push our participants harder than they'd push themselves on their own.  As the name may suggest, each part of the glutes is targetted when creating these routines. Every exercise puts a different load on different parts of the legs and butt to fully develop the glutes and surrounding muscles.

Lifestyle clients are provided a workout routine, nutrition plan, and a cardio schedule. Progress is monitored through photos, email check-ins, and scheduled phone conversations to give you a sense of accountability and to support your new healthy lifestyle. At the end of the program, renew to receive a fresh workout to keep your body progressing and to prevent plateauing.
